We are Rich and Chris Sells and are owned and loved by 4 BC’s and 3 shelties. We weren’t planning on adding another puppy to our crew, but one look at the Carmen/Shep litter changed our minds. We immediately called Tracy and said we wanted on the deposit list. We talked about what we were looking for, a female red/white, high drive that would get along with two dominate females already in the household. To play the addictive sport of flyball and breed somewhere down the road. Tracy suggest Laurel would be that puppy. Then we sweated out the puppy picking process, which is really nerve wracking as we were 5th on the list. LOL Carmen had 5 females to choose from so we were hoping. What a happy day it was in the Sells household and she got to come home on Valentine’s day.

We changed Laurel’s name to Blastoff Roarin’ Down the Lanes aka “Rori”. Valentine’s night she came roarin’ out of her crate, ready to meet the world. What a pleasure she has been to have in our household and that is due to Tracy’s training before she even came to us. Her sits, downs, and potty training were awesome and still are to this day. We have also add Drop, Leave it (mainly for the stray kitty we have inherited). LOL She has been a pleasure to live with and fit into our pack very nicely.

Update 1/2/2008

Our little girlie has just turned a year old. She has grown up to be quite the young lady and Rich and I are so pleased with her progress. I think she turned out to be the littlest one in the litter, but wow what a dynamic package.

She is currently in flyball training and doing just wonderfully. We are hoping she will make her flyball debut in either Feb or April of 2008. We couldn't be more excited. She is definitely ball and tug motivated!!!!

This past weekend, Blastoff Roarin' Down the Lanes aka "Rori" got her very first flyball title and had 15 successful runs in a very noisy building. She shined and got her team to a 2nd place finish on Sunday. We couldn't be prouder of our dynamite little package. Thanks again Tracy for a wonderful little girl.

New Name: Blastoff Uncle Sam Wants You aka "Sam"

Hello! We are the proud owners of "Blastoff's Uncle Sam Wants You" aka Sam.
He is 9 months old now and he has been a wonderful puppy. He has two older BC sisters, Hershey and Penny, and a cat whom he still wrestles with all the time. He is such a loving dog, always looking to climb into your lap for some love. His favorite past times are chewing on Hershey, going to the lake, and chasing water from the hose. He is also very eager to learn and has been very easy to train. He is completing his intermediate obediance class right now and is teaching his sisters a thing or two. He has also started flyball and will be starting agillity in the fall. He had his herding instinct tested at 8 months and he did AMAZING. He had a nice strong eye and didn't break focus (especially great for 8 months). He had no fear but he didn't bully them. We only wish that we could find sheep herding in Las Vegas. We are very pleased with Sam and we find ourselves agreeing that "he is such a good puppy" 5 or 6 times a day. I know Tracy is particularily fond of Sam and we are very grateful that she let us give him a home.

Meekah is the second Border Collie I have got from Tracy. As always Tracy has been very helpful and caring. We would like to thank you very much for two wonderful Buddies. Meekah is very beautiful and smart girl. She is very active and alert. She does not miss a thing. It’s Funny she always seems to notice things before our other BC. Then she gets run over when Burst (our other BC) figures it out. She has a great personality as well. She loves to greet everyone in the room and give them a kiss. She has also responded very well with her training. She will do about anything for a cookie or simply some attention. She is my daughter best friend; Meekah follows her all over with her eyes focused on Kari (my daughter). She has begun her basic obedience classes and when she gets older she will move on to Agility and/or Flyball. We have great expectation of Meekah, and we are sure she will exceed all of them. Thank you again Tracy for our wonderful puppy
